- •You can eat and drink normally prior to your appointment.
Attire and Metal Objects
- •Wear loose, comfortable clothing without metal zippers, buttons, hooks, or metallic embroidery over the area being scanned.
- •You will be asked to remove metallic jewelry, watches, chains, belts, coins, and pins, as metal creates artifacts on digital radiographs.
Special Note for Pregnant Women
